I’m just trying to inspire people, but technically as I am taking peoples personal data and providing products and potentially sending out a newsletter to you, I'd feel better if I have one of these.

This privacy notice aims to give you information on how I collect and process your personal data through your use of this site and any data you may provide if you contact me regarding my products or Bucket List.

I collect personal information from you, for example, if you contact me or if you buy something from my website. I only ever get your information directly from you or by someone else giving your details to send you a product.

I may process your data through Social Media platforms when you sign up to my site using them.
I will ensure that your personal data is retained for the period that I need it for only. This is seven years after you make a purchase for invoicing purposes. Any emails sent to me will be responded to and be deleted or anonymised when responded to.
I am committed to handling your personal information with high standards of information security. I have computer safeguards such as strong passwords, anti-virus software and encryption. My website and email provider has also been vetted to ensure it upholds the minimum-security standards of their industries.
I may collect the previously mentioned type of personal data on children through the website. The website is not aimed at children; however, I can’t stop someone under the age of 16 sending me a message, creating an account or buying something with their parent or guardians’ details. If you are aware of any child data that I am processing, please let me know and I will remove it or seek the relevant parental consent.

You have the right to confirmation as to whether I process your personal data and, where I do, access to the personal data, together with certain additional information. The first copy will be provided free of charge, but additional copies may be subject to a reasonable fee (£10) or your request may be rejected if deemed excessive or unreasonable.
You as a data subject has the right to rectification, which will allow you as the data subject to modify/change any personal information to the purpose of ensuring that the information I process is updated to date. – However, you can change any details I have for you in your account.
The right to erasure or right to be forgotten will allow you as the data subject to inform me that you no longer want me to continually store or process your personal information. Please be aware that I may decline your right for several reasons, which are not limited to, having a lawful basis to process your information or if I need your information for the performance of a contractual or legal obligation.
As a data subject, you have the right to stop any processing of your personal information. Please be aware that you must provide me with a legitimate reason to stop processing. Any request made that does not conform to the GDPR will be rejected.
The right to data portability will allow you as the data subject to have your personal information securely transferred to another organisation for processing.

I do not sell your data to any other providers. The only providers I share your data with are those required to be able to offer you my products. These providers may use their own sub-processors, so I recommend reading their Privacy Notices for more details. The four companies involved in this process are:
I build my website using their online platform, and it’s on here that any details you submit to my site are processed. You can view the WIX Privacy Notice here: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy. The WIX servers are based in the US which is protected by the US privacy shield when it comes to the protection of data transfers. Wix is also where your data for marketing purposes is stored. I do not use any other third parties to send you my newsletters.
LCN.com is my domain and email hosting, provider. Any emails you send to me will be stored on their mail server. You can view their Privacy Notice here: https://www.lcn.com/privacy. LCN.com are UK based, so your data never leaves the UK.
Spread Shirt UK (https://www.spreadshirt.co.uk/)
Spread Shirt is a custom product making service provider and they allow me to offer things like my LJP Bucket List caps. When you order on my site, I place your order directly with Spread shirt who create the product and send it to you. You can view their Privacy Notice here: https://www.spreadshirt.co.uk/privacy-policy-C3928 Spread Shirt is UK based. When your data is sent to them for order processing, this does not leave the UK.
Other products are available thanks to Printiful. Like Spread Shirt they allow me to create, order and ship my products to you. Unlike Spread Shirt, Printiful is built into my site, so there is no manual processing of your data. You can view their Privacy Notice here: https://www.printful.com/policies/privacy. My Printiful products are processed in the US and in Latvia. Therefore, your order details will be transferred to these countries to be fulfilled. Latvia is a member of the EU and the US which are protected by the US privacy shield.
